Everything went well. There were some systems issues, but Ash went right to an alternative solution that could work.

He has definitely won my confidence. His willingness and eagerness to advise me of my options I found welcoming with great peace of mind. The plan he found for me I am well pleased with ; after hearing my concern about a plan chosen he quickly considered another plan product I feel better met my needs and approval and his as well. Apparently, he put himself in my shoes. I couldn't ask for anything better.
